Mondays often get bad rep, but what if we could get them to work for us instead of against us?
In today’s video, I share how Monday - the Day of the Moon - has long been considered a good day to tune into deep listening, intuition and emotional alignment. Instead of rushing into the week, how might our week look different if we took intentional time to pause, reflect and set clear intentions before stepping into inspired action.
